LSU men's basketball junior Tyrell Ward stepping away from program for mental health

The LSU men's basketball announced that junior guard Tyrell Ward has stepped away from the program because of mental health reasons. The news came about 15 minutes prior to LSU's season opener against UL-Monroe in the Pete Maravich Assembly Center.
